Enable Third-party storage in your browser to ensure DISCO is working properly
Third-party storage looks to be disabled in your browser. DISCO needs third-party storage enabled to work properly.
The error above will appear if your browser has blocked third-party apps from accessing Local Storage. Here’s how you can enable third-party storage access for DISCO using Chrome, Firefox, Safari, or Edge:
Google Chrome
- Open Google Chrome.
- Navigate to chrome://settings/cookies
From here you have two options, either or both will work:
- Option 1: Uncheck Block third-party cookies option
- Option 2: In the Customized Behaviors section, under Sites that can always use cookies, add
[*.]disco.ac
Firefox
- Open Firefox.
- Navigate to about:preferences#privacy
- Under Cookies and Site Data, click Manage Exceptions...
- Allow access for
https://disco.ac
Safari users:
- Open Safari.
- At the top-left, click Safari and choose Preferences...
- In the dialog that opens, go to the Privacy tab
- Under Cookies and website data, uncheck Block all cookies
Edge users:
- Open Microsoft Edge
- At the top-left, click Microsoft Edge and choose Preferences
- Click on Cookies and Site Permissions
- Under Cookies and data stored click Manage and Delete cookies and site data
From here you have two options, either or both will work:
- Option 1: Enable the setting for Allow sites to save and read cookie data (recommended)
- Option 2: Add
[*.]disco.ac
to the Allow list
